PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR USING ONE-TIME PAYMENT

You can make your payment online to First Place through PayPal.

Enter your unit number and the name of the Tenant
Click the 'Pay Now' button
Enter the amount you want to pay 'Price per item' field
Do not change the Quantity of the items
Click the 'Continue' button

When you continue you will be taken to PayPal where you can login to your PayPal account, or choose to pay without logging in.
