Parents and Families, come join the students and staff at the Doreen Cato Early Learning center in celebrating Halloween with a Dia de Los Muertos party.
Dia de Los Muertos translates to “Day of the Dead”. It is a traditional Mexican holiday for honoring ancestors and loved ones who have died, and is celebrated each year on November 1st & 2nd. This festive, family-centered holiday celebrates the cycle of life and highlights the Mexican peoples’ general acceptance, rather than fear, of death.
Come enjoy treats and games, and don't forget your costumes!
